ClanBite is a planner for your family's meals and, if you run one, your home business: orders, bills, money and menus. You open it in your phone or computer browser and sign in with Google.

No. ClanBite opens in your browser. If you like, you can add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app. The Install app page shows how.

Android phones, iPhones, iPads, Windows and Mac computers, in any modern browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Open ClanBite and choose Sign in with Google. Your planner is made for you. Tell it what your family eats, and you can plan your first meals straight away. The Guides page has short step-by-step PDFs.

You may see this screen when you sign in for the first time. Tap Advanced, then Go to ClanBite, tick the boxes Google shows, and press Continue. ClanBite asks only for the permissions it needs to make and use your own planner, and to read your email address so it knows who you are.

Open ClanBite in a private (incognito) window, or sign out of the other Google accounts in that browser, and try again.

One person pays, and up to 15 people in the family are covered. Everyone gets the Family Planner at no extra cost. The person who pays is the family's main admin.

Open Family, add their Gmail address, then send them the invite link or the 6-letter code. They sign in, and the planner opens. The first time, Google may ask them to tap the planner file once so ClanBite can open it.

No. Your business belongs to you. Family members who use the planner see only a small note that a day is busy.

They can look at the meal plan but cannot change it. Admins and editors can plan meals. You choose each person's role.

The plan ends for everyone covered by it, together. Everyone's meal plans stay safe in the planner file. When the payer renews, everyone is back at once.

Family Planner is ₹650 for a year. Home Business Pro is ₹1,600 for a year and includes the whole Family Planner. See Pricing for what each plan includes.

Everything in the Family Planner, plus the home-business tools, and up to two businesses on one plan: orders, clients, menus, bills, expenses, money and a dashboard.

Open Plans & Subscriptions inside ClanBite and choose Upgrade. You pay only ₹950 more (₹1,600 minus the ₹650 you already paid), and your plan keeps the same end date.

You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. The payment is handled by Razorpay. Your card or bank details are never seen or kept by ClanBite.

Yes. A receipt is emailed to your Gmail address right after you pay, from billing@clanbite.in.

Only if you choose it. Yearly renewal is always off to begin with. You turn it on yourself by ticking the box and agreeing. If you do not tick it, you pay once and nothing is charged again.

If you chose renewal, ClanBite shows a reminder in the last 7 days and emails you, and your bank may also send its own notice. The email says the date, the amount and how to stop it.

Open ClanBite, go to Plans & Subscriptions and press Cancel Auto-Renewal. You can also write to billing@clanbite.in. You keep full access until the end of the year you have paid for.

Your plan simply ends on its end date. Nothing is lost: your meal plans and business sheets stay in your own Google Drive, and renewing brings everything straight back.

In your own Google Drive, in a planner file that only you and the people you invite can open. The ClanBite team cannot open your planner.

It stays yours in your Google Drive. You can open, copy or delete that file whenever you like.

No. ClanBite does not sell your information and does not use it to train AI. Read the Privacy page for the full details.

Yes. From Settings you can save a full backup copy to your own Google Drive, and export your meal plan to Excel or Google Sheets.

Yes. ClanBite opens a message with your bill or menu ready to send. You read it, change it if you like, and send it yourself.

It can. Turn GST on or off for your business. With GST off you get plain bills with no tax lines.

Yes. Home Business Pro covers up to two businesses on one plan. You switch between them in one tap.

Yes. Use Import lists to bring in a menu, clients, supplies or expenses from a file, a photo or a pasted list. You always check it before anything is saved.
