Statutory Consumer Protection Disclosures & Terms
• Immediate Digital Delivery: Software access activates immediately upon payment confirmation. In accordance with Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, digital software delivery is final and non-refundable once provisioned, except for technical payment failures.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel recurring renewal anytime from Account Settings or by emailing billing@clanbite.in. You retain full, uninterrupted access through the end of your 365-day paid term.
• RBI TAT Failed Payment Guarantee: If money is debited but access is not unlocked, NPCI / your bank auto-reverses within 5–7 business days under RBI Turnaround Time guidelines. For manual assistance, write to billing@clanbite.in for direct refund within 3–5 business days.
• Bill of Supply under CGST Rule 49: Every payment automatically receives a sequential Bill of Supply (CB/2026-27/XXXX) from billing@clanbite.in with zero GST (threshold exemption under Section 22 of the CGST Act, 2017).
• 100% Data Permanence: All meal plans, custom dishes, recipes, client orders, and bills remain permanently saved in your private Google Drive even after plan expiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Home Business Pro plan include the Family Plan?
Yes! At ₹1,500/year, Home Business Pro includes the complete Family Meal Planner also—both apps are in the same plan. You do not need a separate family subscription.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all standard Indian payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards (RuPay, Visa, Mastercard), and NetBanking.
How do I receive my invoice or receipt?
An official Bill of Supply (Rule 49 of CGST Rules, 2017) with sequential numbering (CB/2026-27/XXXX) is emailed instantly to your registered Gmail address from billing@clanbite.in. You can also view all past receipts inside the app at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Account Settings or by emailing billing@clanbite.in. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your 365-day paid period, and zero future charges will ever occur.
What happens to my recipes and client sheets if I don't renew?
Your meal plans, recipes, customer lists, and bills live in a Google Sheet in your personal Google Drive. They are 100% yours forever. ClanBite never deletes your data or locks you out of your private sheets.
Are there any commissions or hidden charges?
None. Unlike delivery aggregators who take 20% to 30% of your earnings, ClanBite charges zero commission on your client sales. You keep 100% of the money you earn from your food business.
