How many tiffins did I cook today?
The daily record for a tiffin service. Know how many meals to make each morning, keep every customer's count, and send the monthly bill from the same place.
Your record stays in a Google Sheet in your own Drive. We never see your customers.

The morning problem
A tiffin service runs on one number: how many meals today. Get it wrong and you either cook forty extra or short one customer. Today it is kept in a notebook, a WhatsApp group, or memory.
Yesterday's count carries over
Each customer who took a tiffin yesterday is expected again today, unless you say otherwise.
Count once
Tick off who collected. The day's total updates as you go.
Shop to the number
The shopping list is made from the day's count and your recipe quantities.
Bill at month end
Each customer's days and dues are already counted, so the bill is made for you.
Fits the way tiffin services work
- Per-day, per-week or per-month customers. Some take six days a week, some only on fasting days, some only twice a week.
- Extra tiffins when a guest comes, without a new customer row.
- Different rates. One price for a normal tiffin, another for a special or a large one.
- Someone else can enter the count while you cook — the family member who takes the orders can also be given an editor role.
- Works without internet at the counter. A record kept on your phone keeps working when the network drops.
And the parts that are not tiffin
The same planner also carries the family side, so a tiffin kitchen that is also a household is not running two systems.
- The household's own meal plan, alongside the tiffin count for paying customers.
- Ingredients bought once and used from both — the shopping list does not double-count them.
- Costs and what you earned each month, so the tiffin work can be seen to be worth doing.
